A Red Letter Day caters to all sorts of functions, fulfilling
the requirements of each with individual flare. One-off
special occasions, such as those listed under Recent Events,
are interspersed with long-term and annual Productions.
An example of the work that A Red Letter Day is contracted
to for several years to come, is Clash! BIG Band Battle,
Macarthur. A community based Incorporated Committee chose
A Red Letter Day to organise Clash!, which involves
looking after at least 40 bands and over 30 soloists, for
a 13 week period each year. The total promotional campaign
of this large event is coordinated by A Red Letter Day,
with weekly publication of press releases and liaision with
FM Radio maintained. A Red Letter Day obtains and
looks after the Sponsors, whilst also taking sole responsibility
for the staging, creative and logistical requirements of
each of the shows that make up Clash!
